I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give Atlantic a try. I am so happy I did! I typically stick to the same routine, which for me is a drive-through oil change, due to my busy schedule. However, they were available on Saturday, so I made an appointment. Andy was ready for me upon arrival, and the service was impeccable. He explained everything and provided the best customer service. The oil change went great, and included a multi point inspection with photos and recommendations for repairs. However, they do not try to push you on these at all. Every time I get an oil change, the technicians tell me that I need my air filter replaced, to which I decline. Not only did Atlantic check my air filter, but they took a photo and honestly told me that it did not need to be replaced. The price is right in line with other companies, with double the service! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you Andy and team!

I recommend this place to everyone. No one actually likes bringing their car in for service, but if you want a team that is honest, trustworthy, and delivers excellent customer service, you’ve found it. I first stopped by a few years ago simply because it was on my way to work, and I haven't taken my car anywhere else since. In the past, I’ve definitely dealt with mechanics elsewhere who tried to upsell me on parts or repairs I didn't actually need, but you never get those vibes here. Everyone is completely genuine, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a regular at this location for close to two years. Everyone is always so helpful and understanding. Service is quick and efficient. Andy is kind and accommodating.. always helpful. Joe has offered helpful advice that is empowering to someone who never knew a lot about car maintenance. 10/10 recommend my friends to come here.

We had a great experience at Atlantic Tire of Wakefield. Andy and Fadi are both so professional, knowledgeable, and their customer service is outstanding. We had several things done on our son's 2017 Honda Civic and had new tires put on. The price was reasonable and cheaper than what we were quoted from Leith Honda. Andy was great in discussing what needed to be done and what did not. We felt like we could trust them and the work they did. Our son's car is running great and we will be back with our other vehicles too. Highly recommend!

Hello! I wanted to share my experience with Atlantic Tire and Service Wakefield because my husband and I both have foreign cars and have been coming here for more than 6 years now. We bring our cars here because it is reputable, they have great customer service, and it’s the only place we trust to service our vehicles outside of the dealership. They were able to assist us with jobs big and small from an oil change and tires to engine and transmission issues. Our cars have been running great ever since without any extra follow up visits or expenses. I value their work and they get it right the very first time. If you’re in the area I would recommend you bring your car here for great value work and pricing. Don’t forget to ask for Andy at the front desk. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. I look forward to bringing my vehicles here for future visits as needed.
